A Personalised Experience Just for You

At our retreat, we believe in a personal and intimate approach, hosting no more than 4 guests at a time. To truly immerse yourself in the experience, we recommend coming solo or as a couple—allowing you to focus fully on your journey of healing and transformation.

We offer a thoughtfully curated 3-day experience, which we find to be the perfect amount of time to reset and recharge. However, we understand that every individual’s needs are unique, and we’re happy to customize both the length and structure of your stay to ensure it’s perfectly tailored to you.

Day One: Arrival and Welcome

We recommend arriving around 11am on your first day, where you’ll be warmly greeted by Daniel, Michelle, and Frans—along with Guss and William, our lovable dogs.

Once you’re settled into your private apartment, Daniel will offer a brief introduction to some calming breathwork, followed by a light lunch and time to connect with one another.

After our lunch settles, we’ll gently ease into a light yoga session suitable for all levels, followed by an hour-long guided breathwork practice. We’ll then finish the day with an invigorating ice bath and sauna to help rejuvenate both body and mind.

As the evening approaches, we’ll gather around to enjoy a healthy BBQ together, accompanied by a little intention setting for the days ahead—setting the tone for your transformative experience..

Day 2: The Ceremony

Wake up at your own pace and begin the day with 15 minutes of breathwork, followed by another 15 minutes of gentle yoga to awaken both body and mind. This will be followed by a hearty breakfast, where we’ll brief you on the day’s activities—and if you’re feeling adventurous, a refreshing cold dip to fully energize.

Once you're feeling awake and recharged, we’ll embark on a scenic hike through the stunning mountains surrounding our retreat, often accompanied by Guss and Prince William, for an immersive 2-3 hour adventure.

After our hike, we’ll return to the retreat to enjoy a light lunch, followed by a couple of hours to relax, unwind, and enjoy the facilities as you prepare for the evening’s sacred ceremony.

Your sacred medicine ceremony will begin between 6 and 8 pm, depending on the season. Ceremonies can last anywhere from 6 to 12 hours, depending on individual needs and the dose taken. We believe each ceremony is deeply personal and will set up the space based on your or the group’s needs, discussed in the days leading up to it.

Throughout and after the ceremony, a nourishing platter of food and fresh fruit will be available. Once the ceremony comes to a close, your facilitators will leave you to rest and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, allowing the experience to integrate fully..

Day 3: Integration and Goodbyes

Take your time waking up—there’s no rush today. When you’re ready, connect with Daniel to share and reflect on your ceremony experience in a supportive and open space.

We’ll begin the morning with light yoga and a 15-minute meditation to ground and center you, followed by a delicious breakfast where we can continue to reflect on the insights and feelings from the previous day.

The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy the finca’s facilities at your leisure—whether it’s relaxing by the pool, unwinding in the sauna, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Departure time is around 5 pm.

Our care doesn’t end when you leave. We offer aftercare and are always available for follow-up chats or calls to support you as you continue your journey beyond the retreat.
