Day One: Arrival and Welcome<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/h5>

We recommend arriving around 11am on your first day, where you\u2019ll be warmly greeted by Daniel, Michelle, and Frans\u2014along with Guss and William, our lovable dogs.<\/p>

Once you\u2019re settled into your private apartment, Daniel will offer a brief introduction to some calming breathwork, followed by a light lunch and time to connect with one another.<\/p>

After our lunch settles, we\u2019ll gently ease into a light yoga session suitable for all levels, followed by an hour-long guided breathwork practice. We\u2019ll then finish the day with an invigorating ice bath and sauna to help rejuvenate both body and mind.<\/p>As the evening approaches, we\u2019ll gather around to enjoy a healthy BBQ together, accompanied by a little intention setting for the days ahead\u2014setting the tone for your transformative experience.<\/span>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Day 2: The Ceremony<\/h5>

Wake up at your own pace and begin the day with 15 minutes of breathwork, followed by another 15 minutes of gentle yoga to awaken both body and mind. This will be followed by a hearty breakfast, where we\u2019ll brief you on the day\u2019s activities\u2014and if you\u2019re feeling adventurous, a refreshing cold dip to fully energize.<\/p>

Once you're feeling awake and recharged, we\u2019ll embark on a scenic hike through the stunning mountains surrounding our retreat, often accompanied by Guss and Prince William, for an immersive 2-3 hour adventure.<\/p>

After our hike, we\u2019ll return to the retreat to enjoy a light lunch, followed by a couple of hours to relax, unwind, and enjoy the facilities as you prepare for the evening\u2019s sacred ceremony.<\/p>

Your sacred medicine ceremony will begin between 6 and 8 pm, depending on the season. Ceremonies can last anywhere from 6 to 12 hours, depending on individual needs and the dose taken. We believe each ceremony is deeply personal and will set up the space based on your or the group\u2019s needs, discussed in the days leading up to it.<\/p>Throughout and after the ceremony, a nourishing platter of food and fresh fruit will be available. Once the ceremony comes to a close, your facilitators will leave you to rest and enjoy a peaceful night\u2019s sleep, allowing the experience to integrate fully.<\/span>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Day 3: Integration and Goodbyes<\/h5>

Take your time waking up\u2014there\u2019s no rush today. When you\u2019re ready, connect with Daniel to share and reflect on your ceremony experience in a supportive and open space.<\/p>

We\u2019ll begin the morning with light yoga and a 15-minute meditation to ground and center you, followed by a delicious breakfast where we can continue to reflect on the insights and feelings from the previous day.<\/p>

The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy the finca\u2019s facilities at your leisure\u2014whether it\u2019s relaxing by the pool, unwinding in the sauna, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Departure time is around 5 pm.<\/p>Our care doesn\u2019t end when you leave.
